Admin Panel

The in-game Admin Panel provides a visual interface for managing your server without typing commands.

Opening the Panel

Press F3 to open/close the Admin Panel.

Other keybinds:

• F2 - Command Bar only
• F4 - Help Panel
• F5 - Chat Log Panel

Panel Tabs

Players Tab

List of all players in the server with quick actions.

For each player, you see:

• Avatar thumbnail
• Username
• Display name
• Account age
• Permission level (if staff)

Quick Actions (right-click or action menu):

• Kick - Kick with reason prompt
• Ban - Ban with duration/reason
• Mute - Mute with duration/reason
• Warn - Issue warning
• Teleport - Teleport to player
• Bring - Bring player to you
• Freeze - Freeze/unfreeze
• View - Spectate player

Filtering:

• Search by name
• Filter by permission level
• Sort by join time, name, or level

Commands Tab

Browse and execute commands without typing.

Features:

• Search commands by name
• Filter by category
• See permission requirements
• Click to execute (prompts for arguments)
• View command descriptions

Categories:

• All Commands
• Moderation
• Utility
• Admin
• System

Bans Tab

View and manage active bans.

For each ban, you see:

• Banned user ID and username
• Ban reason
• Duration (or "Permanent")
• Expiry date/time
• Moderator who banned
• Ban date

Actions:

• Unban - Remove the ban
• Copy ID - Copy user ID

Filtering:

• Search by username or ID
• Filter by permanent/temporary
• Sort by date or expiry

Mutes Tab

View and manage active mutes.

For each mute, you see:

• Muted user ID and username
• Mute reason
• Duration
• Expiry date/time
• Moderator who muted

Actions:

• Unmute - Remove the mute
• Copy ID - Copy user ID

Chat Log Tab

View server chat history.

Features:

• Real-time chat updates
• Search by player or message
• Filter by player
• Timestamps for all messages
• Copy message text

Useful for:

• Investigating reports
• Finding evidence
• Reviewing conversations

Server Info Tab

Server statistics and information.

Statistics:

• Player count
• Server uptime
• Server region
• Place ID and version
• Memory usage

Staff Online:

• List of staff currently in server
• Their permission levels

Recent Actions:

• Last 10 moderation actions
• Who did what, when

Quick Actions Bar

At the bottom of the panel, quick action buttons:

• Announce - Send server announcement
• Server Lock - Toggle server lock
• Refresh - Refresh all data
• Settings - Panel settings

Panel Settings

Click the gear icon to configure:

• Theme - Light/Dark mode
• Transparency - Panel opacity
• Position - Remember panel position
• Notifications - Toast notifications
• Sounds - UI sound effects

Keyboard Shortcuts

While the panel is open:

Action Confirmations

Dangerous actions require confirmation:

• Permanent bans show a confirmation dialog
• Server shutdown shows countdown
• Mass actions (multiple targets) require confirm

For HeadAdmin+ you can bypass confirmations in settings.

Mobile Support

The panel adapts to mobile devices:

• Touch-friendly buttons
• Swipe to switch tabs
• Tap and hold for actions
• Responsive layout

Troubleshooting

Panel won't open

1. Check your permission level (need level 2+)
2. Verify keybinds are enabled in config
3. Check console for errors
4. Try :panel command as alternative

Data not loading

1. Check API connection
2. Click refresh button
3. Check console for API errors
4. Verify API key is configured

Buttons not working

1. Check your permission level
2. Some actions require higher levels
3. Check if target is higher level than you
4. Look for error messages
