Tickets
Create support ticket panels that let users open private channels directly from Discord. Each ticket gets its own channel with the right permissions, so only the user and your staff can see it.
How It Works
- You create a ticket panel in the dashboard
- Deploy the panel to a Discord channel
- Users click the button to open a ticket
- A private channel is created with your staff roles
- Staff respond, then close the ticket when resolved
Accessing Tickets
- Select your server in the dashboard
- Click "Tickets" in the sidebar
Overview
The Tickets page has three tabs.
| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Panels | Your ticket panels and their settings |
| Multi-Panels | Combined panels with dropdown menus |
| Tickets | All open and closed tickets |
Four stats are displayed at the top:
| Stat | Description |
|---|---|
| Panels | Total number of panels |
| Active Panels | Panels currently accepting tickets |
| Open Tickets | Tickets waiting for a response |
| Total Tickets | All tickets created |
Staff Access
For staff members to see and respond to tickets, their staff role needs the Tickets permission enabled in Staff Management. Either read or write access works. When a ticket is created, every staff role with ticket permissions is automatically added to the channel.
Limits
Each server can have up to 7 panels and 3 multi-panels.
