Appeals
The appeal system allows users to request removal or reduction of punishments. Create appeal forms for bans, mutes, warnings, or general purposes.
Accessing Appeals
- Select your server in the dashboard
- Click "Appeals" under Management in the sidebar
Overview Page
Statistics
Three key stats at the top:
| Stat | Description |
|---|---|
| Total Forms | Number of forms created (X/10 max) |
| Active Forms | Forms currently accepting appeals |
| Total Appeals | All appeals across all forms |
Form List
Each form card displays:
- Title - Form name
- Description - Brief description
- Status Badge - Active, Paused, or Archived
- Visibility Badge - Public or Private
- Fields - Number of questions
- Appeals - Number of appeals received
- Created - When the form was created
- Public URL - Direct link to the form
Form Actions
For each form:

| Edit | Modify form settings and fields |
| Delete | Permanently remove the form |
Form Limits
- Maximum 10 forms per server
- More than applications since you might have separate forms for different punishment types
Public Access
Appeals are accessible at:
technified.xyz/[server-id]/appeals/[form-key]Or through your server's landing page if:
- The form is set to Public
- The form status is Active
- Landing page has appeals section enabled
Form Visibility
Public
- Listed on your landing page
- Anyone can find and access it
- Good for general appeal forms
Private
- Only accessible via direct link
- Won't appear on landing page
- Good for special cases or specific punishment types
Form Status
Active
- Accepts new appeals
- Visible on landing page (if public)
Paused
- Does not accept new appeals
- Shows "Currently Paused" message
Archived
- Hidden from public view
- All data preserved
