User Lookup
The User Lookup page is a per-user profile that pulls together everything the Technified dashboard knows about a member: Discord identity, Roblox link, full moderation history, applications, appeals and tickets — across both platforms.
Opening a Lookup
There is no top-level "User Lookup" sidebar item. You reach the page from anywhere a user appears:
- The Moderation activity feed — click a user pill on any action
- A Ticket card — click the opener
- An Application or Appeal submission — click the submitter
- Directly via URL:
…/users/<discord_id>
What You See
Header
- Avatar, username and Discord tag
- Roblox username and ID, with a ShieldCheck badge if linked, ShieldAlert if not
- A Copy ID button for the Discord user ID
- A link to open the Roblox profile in a new tab
Counts
A row of stat tiles summarises the user's history at a glance:
- Bans — total Discord + Roblox bans (active and historical)
- Mutes
- Warnings
- Kicks
- Tickets — total tickets they have ever opened
- Applications — total submissions
- Appeals — total submissions
Tabs
The detail area is split into tabs. Each tab lists the relevant records for that user with timestamps, status badges and links back to the source record:
| Tab | Contents |
|---|---|
| Moderation | Every ban, mute, warning and kick with reason, issuer and platform |
| Applications | Every submission with status badge (pending / under review / approved / rejected) |
| Appeals | Every appeal with type badge and status |
| Tickets | Every ticket they opened with status (open / closed) |
When to Use It
- Before issuing a new punishment — check whether they have a long history first.
- During an appeal review — see the original action and any prior appeals on the same user.
- When investigating a ticket — confirm the user isn't currently banned or muted.
- For staff promotions — review the candidate's application + ticket + moderation history side-by-side.
Required Permissions
| Action | Required permission |
|---|---|
| Open a User Lookup | Staff with read access on moderation (or any section the user appears in) |
| See Roblox-side moderation | Server must have a registered Roblox game and the Adonis plugin connected |
A user looking at their own profile sees the same counts but only their own records.
Tips
- Bookmark the URL pattern (
…/users/<id>) for quick lookups when you have the ID handy. - The Roblox link in the header is the easiest way to open the profile on Roblox without leaving the dashboard tab open.
- Counts include archived / deleted records, so a "0 active bans" user can still have past bans visible in the Moderation tab.
