Applications
The application system lets you create custom forms for recruiting team members, accepting new players, or any other purpose. Users fill out forms on your public page and you manage submissions in the dashboard.
Accessing Applications
- Select your server in the dashboard
- Click "Applications" under Management in the sidebar
Overview Page
Statistics
Three key stats at the top:
| Stat | Description |
|---|---|
| Total Forms | Number of forms created (X/5 max) |
| Active Forms | Forms currently accepting submissions |
| Total Submissions | All submissions across all forms |
Form List
Each form card displays:
- Title - Form name
- Description - Brief description
- Status Badge - Active, Paused, or Archived
- Public Badge - Whether it appears on your landing page
- Fields - Number of questions
- Submissions - Number of responses received
- Created - When the form was created
- Public URL - Direct link to the form
Form Actions
For each form:

| View Submissions | See all responses for this form |
| Edit | Modify form settings and fields |
| Delete | Permanently remove the form |
Form Limits
- Maximum 5 forms per server
- Delete or archive unused forms to create new ones
Public Access
Forms are accessible at:
technified.xyz/[server-id]/applications/[form-key]Or through your server's landing page if:
- The form is set to Public
- The form status is Active
- Landing page has applications section enabled
Form Status
Active
- Accepts new submissions
- Visible on landing page (if public)
- Users can fill it out
Paused
- Does not accept new submissions
- Shows "Currently Paused" message to visitors
- Existing submissions preserved
Archived
- Hidden from public view
- Does not accept submissions
- All data preserved for review
