Staff Activity
Monitor your staff's real-time activity, track hours, and view performance leaderboards. This complements Staff Management with live data.
Accessing Staff Activity
- Select your server in the dashboard
- Click "Staff Activity" under Roblox in the sidebar
Activity Stats Bar
Five key metrics at the top:

| Staff Online | Currently active staff members |
| Total Staff | Total registered staff |
| Weekly Hours | Combined hours this week |
| Active Warnings | Staff with warnings |
| On LOA | Staff on leave of absence |
Staff Status List
See all staff members with their current status:
Status Information
For each staff member:

| Status | Online indicator (green/grey dot) |
| Username | Discord display name |
| Current Activity | Game they're playing (if tracked) |
| Weekly Hours | Time logged this week |
| Sessions | Number of sessions this week |
| Last Active | When they were last online |

Staff Leaderboard
Rank staff by performance over different time periods.
Time Periods
Select from:
- Today - Last 24 hours
- This Week - Since Monday
- This Month - Since 1st of month
- All Time - Lifetime stats

Top 10 staff members ranked by hours:

How Activity Tracking Works
Technified tracks staff activity through:
In-Game Presence
When staff are in your Roblox games:
- Session starts when they join
- Session ends when they leave
- Duration is calculated automatically
Discord Presence
Optional tracking of Discord activity:
- Voice channel time
- Online status
- Dashboard usage
Manual Logging
Staff can manually log time if needed:
- For activities outside tracked games
- Meetings, planning, etc.

Link at the top takes you to Staff Management for:
