Overview

Staff Management

Staff Management is your hub for managing team members, roles, strikes, leave of absence, and notes. This is separate from Staff Activity (which tracks live activity and leaderboards).

Accessing Staff Management

  1. Select your server in the dashboard
  2. Click "Staff Management" under Management in the sidebar

Overview Page

Statistics

Four key stats at the top:

Total StaffNumber of registered staff members
Total RolesNumber of staff roles configured
Staff on LOAMembers currently on leave
Active StrikesTotal unexpired strikes

Search & Filter

Find specific staff members:

  • Search - Search by Discord username
  • Status Filter - All, Active, On LOA, Has Strikes
  • Role Filter - Filter by specific staff role
  • Clear Filters - Reset all filters

List of all registered staff showing:

Quick Actions Per Staff Member

Click the menu on any staff member for:

  • Create LOA - Start a leave of absence
  • Issue Strike - Give them a strike
  • Add Note - Add a private note
  • Extend LOA - Extend current leave
  • View Profile - See full staff profile

Staff Roles Section

View and manage staff roles:

  • Role name and color
  • Permission level
  • Member count
  • Assigned permissions
  • Edit/Delete options

Recent Activity Feed

Shows the last 10 actions:

  • LOAs created/ended
  • Strikes issued/removed
  • Notes added

Adding Staff Members

Staff members are typically added by:

  1. Assigning them a staff role in Discord
  2. Or manually adding them in Staff Management

Removing Staff Members

  1. Find the staff member in the list
  2. Click the menu icon
  3. Select "Remove from Staff"
  4. Confirm removal

Their history (strikes, LOAs, notes) is preserved for records.
