My Submissions

My Submissions

On the "My Submissions" page, you can view all applications you have submitted through Technified. Keep track of the status of each application and see which ones are pending, accepted, or rejected.

Viewing Submissions

Access

  1. Go to the Account Manager (opens in a new tab)
  2. Click on "My Submissions"
  3. A list of all your applications will be displayed

Overview

The submissions list shows you:

  • Server Name - The Discord server you applied to
  • Form Name - The name of the application form
  • Submission Date - When you submitted the application
  • Status - The current processing status

Application Status

Your applications can have the following statuses:

Pending

  • Your application has been submitted
  • It is waiting to be processed by the team
  • You don't need to do anything else

In Review

  • A team member is reviewing your application
  • You may be invited for an interview
  • Keep an eye on your Discord messages

Accepted

  • Congratulations! Your application has been accepted
  • Follow the instructions from the server team
  • You may automatically receive new roles

Rejected

  • Unfortunately, your application was rejected
  • Some servers provide feedback on the rejection
  • Check if you are allowed to reapply

Submission Details

Click on a submission to see details:

  • Your Answers - What you entered in the form
  • Feedback - Comments from the team (if any)
  • Timeline - History of status changes

Submitting a New Application

To submit a new application:

  1. Visit the server page: technified.xyz/[server-id]/applications
  2. Or follow a direct link from the server
  3. Select the desired application form
  4. Fill in all fields
  5. Click "Submit"

Note: You must be logged in with Discord to submit applications.

Tips for Successful Applications

  1. Read the requirements - Each server has different expectations
  2. Answer thoroughly - Short answers often seem unmotivated
  3. Be honest - False information often leads to rejection
  4. Check spelling - A well-written text leaves a good impression
  5. Follow instructions - Some forms have special requirements
