My Submissions

The My Submissions page lists every application you have submitted across all Technified servers. From here you can track each submission's status and review the response you received from staff.

Accessing the Page

1. Open the Account Manager
2. In the sidebar, click My Submissions
3. Optionally append ?guild=<server_id> to filter to a single server

What You See

Stats Overview

A row of stat cards at the top shows your totals:

• Total — every application you have ever submitted
• Pending — submissions waiting to be reviewed
• Approved — submissions that have been accepted
• Rejected — submissions that were declined

Submission Cards

Each submission is rendered as its own card with:

• Form title — the application form you submitted
• Status badge — Pending, Under Review, Approved or Rejected
• Server name — the Discord server the application belongs to
• Submitted date — when you sent the application
• Reviewed date — when staff acted on it (if reviewed)
• Reviewer — the staff member who handled the submission
• Review notes — internal notes left by staff (visible only on approval)
• Rejection reason — the reason given by staff (visible only on rejection)

A View Server button on each card opens that server's public landing page in a new tab.

Statuses Explained

Tips

• If a submission stays Pending for a long time, double-check that the server still has the form active.
• Approvals and rejections cannot be appealed through this page. Use My Appeals instead.
• The Account Manager always shows submissions across all servers — there is no need to switch between servers.
